Do you only target certain animals?Yes. We only target declared pest species as listed under the Western Australian Organism List (WAOL) and regulated by the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007. These include pests such as foxes, rabbits, feral pigs, feral goats, feral (non-domestic) cats, and some bird species. Kangaroo control can only be carried out under a special licence for meat consumption — if required, we work alongside a licensed roo shooter. We do not harm or target protected native wildlife.
-
Are you licensed and insured?Yes. We operate under a WA Firearms Licence #05998486 – Categories A, B & C (Occupational Shooters Licence – Endorsement 13) and hold $20 million public liability insurance. All services are carried out in compliance with WA firearm regulations and with landholder permission.
-
What methods do you use to control pests? We primarily use professional shooting with thermal and night vision equipment, as well as humane trapping in certain cases. We do not use poisons or chemical baiting.
-
Do you offer trapping for all pests? No. Trapping is offered case-by-case and depends on the pest type, location, and reason for trapping. For example, trapping large numbers of rabbits is generally not offered, as other methods are more effective. If trapping is required, we will assess the situation first to confirm suitability.
